Federal Minister for Railways, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, held a special meeting with the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Industries and Production, Haroon Akhtar, and SIFC National Coordinator, Lt. Gen. Sarfraz Ahmed, in Islamabad.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the ongoing reform initiatives, development projects, and measures to further enhance the performance and efficiency of Pakistan Railways.
The Federal Minister briefed the distinguished guests on the operational steps already undertaken, ongoing projects, and the future vision for Pakistan Railways. Both the Special Assistant Haroon Akhtar and SIFC National Coordinator Lt. Gen. Sarfraz Ahmed appreciated the Minister’s vision and the reforms being implemented, describing them as highly commendable.
The guests emphasized that such modern and revolutionary initiatives are unprecedented in the history of Pakistan Railways. They noted that these measures would not only improve the institutional performance but also provide advanced facilities to the public and play a crucial role in the nation’s development.
