Federal minister for Parliamentary affairs and Minister Incharge for PM grievances cell and Chairman PM sustainable development programm Sheikh Aftab has chaired a high level meeting with the Chief Secretary Sindh at Chief Secretary’s office Karachi, the meeting was attended by the Commissioners, Additional commissioners and Senior Officials of all provincial departments and board of revenue.
The Minister has directed to accelerate the public projects which come under the ambit of PM sustainable development programm. The Minister was briefed about the status of the pending cases which were reffered by PM grievences cell to various departments to address the individual complaints.
The Minister has directed the officials of departments to make sure that at least one hour is reserved for the general public to address their grievences. The meeting has decided that the Public Police coordination and liaison will be ensured at Tehsil and Sub-Tehsil level.
The Federal Minister has also directed the health departments to focus on the rural areas, it was also decided that the provincial health departments and Pakistan Baitul Mal will coordinate for the treatment of the patients costing less than 0.6 million.
