The 6th Full Court Meeting of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan was held on 15 September 2026 under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan. The meeting was attended by all Hon’ble Judges of the Court, the Worthy Registrar, and the Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Justice.
The Full Court reviewed the institutional performance and progress achieved during the first ten months since the establishment of the Court and considered in detail various judicial, administrative, and operational matters.
The Full Court expressed satisfaction with the conduct of judicial and administrative affairs and appreciated the collective efforts undertaken to strengthen public confidence in the constitutional justice system. The Hon’ble Judges also examined the effective use of modern technology to further enhance institutional performance, legal and academic research, case management, and public service delivery.
The Hon’ble Chief Justice emphasized the need to align the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan with internationally recognized best practices followed by leading constitutional and apex courts across the world.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to maintaining high standards of judicial excellence, advancing institutional development, and pursuing continuous improvement.
