A 23-member delegation of Group No. 10 of the 54th Common Training Programme of the Civil Services Academy, Lahore, visiting Islamabad as part of a study tour, visited the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan.
On the occasion, the members of the delegation were shown a documentary highlighting the establishment of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, its constitutional mandate and jurisdiction, institutional evolution, administrative structure, and the measures undertaken to ensure the transparent, effective, and timely dispensation of constitutional justice.
Thereafter, the Heads of various Wings and Directorates of the Court briefed the participants on their respective areas of work, official responsibilities, administrative procedures, technological advancements, and ongoing activities. In this regard, the participants were also apprised of the role of judicial administration, core information technology systems, research and legal support, media affairs and public relations, human resource management, and other supporting departments, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the Court’s organizational structure and working procedures.
The members of the delegation appreciated the comprehensive nature of the programme, institutional discipline, professional standards, and modern administrative practices of the Court. They also expressed their gratitude to the Worthy Registrar and the Court Administration for the gracious hospitality extended during the visit. At the conclusion of the visit, commemorative shields were exchanged between the Worthy Registrar of the FCCP, Mr. Muhammad Hafeez Ullah Khan, and the Head of the Delegation, Mr. Aitesam-ul-Haq. The visit concluded with a commemorative group photograph of the delegation with the Worthy Registrar.
