Quetta High Court Bar Association Hosts Reception in Honour of Justice Rozi Khan Barrech; Appreciates Chief Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan for Establishment of Federal Constitutional Court Registry at Quetta

The Quetta High Court Bar Association, Balochistan, hosted a reception in honour of Justice Rozi Khan Barrech, Judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan. The event was attended by Justice Syed Arshad Hussain Shah, Judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Chief Justice Kamran Khan Malakhail of the Balochistan High Court, other Honourable Judges of the Balochistan High Court, senior advocates, office-bearers of the Bar, and members of the legal fraternity.

On the occasion, the Quetta High Court Bar Association expressed its sincere gratitude to Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, for establishing the Federal Constitutional Court Registry at Quetta. The Bar termed the initiative a historic milestone that will greatly benefit the people of Balochistan, particularly underprivileged litigants, by enabling them to pursue constitutional matters in Quetta instead of travelling to Islamabad, thereby improving access to justice.

Justice Rozi Khan Barrech also appreciated the establishment of the Quetta Registry, describing it as a significant step towards strengthening constitutional justice and bringing the Federal Constitutional Court closer to the people of Balochistan.

The reception also recognized Justice Rozi Khan Barrech's distinguished judicial services and contributions to the administration of justice. The participants emphasized the importance of continued cooperation between the Bench and the Bar in strengthening judicial institutions and upholding constitutional governance.

The Quetta High Court Bar Association thanked the distinguished guests for their presence and extended its best wishes to Justice Rozi Khan Barrech for continued success in his esteemed role as a Judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan.
