Kashmir Solidarity Day observed at Pakistan Embassy Moscow, Russia
Moscow: February 05, 2025

A ceremony was held in the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow, Russia, today, to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people. The ceremony was attended by Pakistani diaspora, think-tanks and media persons, etc. On the occasion, the messages by President and Prime Minister of Pakistan were read out. It was emphasised upon international community of its responsibility towards the oppressed Kashmiri people, to urge upon India to revoke its illegal and unilateral actions of 5 August 2019, and to allow the Kashmiri people to exercise their right to self-determination. It was underlined that Pakistan will continue to offer its unwavering moral, diplomatic and political support to the Kashmiri people till the realisation of their right to self-determination, as enshrined in the United Nations Security Council resolutions. At the end, a documentary and photo exhibition were also displayed depicting atrocities committed by the Indian forces in the IIOJK.
