PR No. 13 GOVERNMENT DECIDES TO COMMEMORATE 6TH SEPTEMBER AS “DEFENCE DAY” AS WELL AS “KASHMIR SOLIDARITY DAY” Islamabad: September 04, 2019

The Government of Pakistan has decided to commemorate Friday, 6th September 2019 as “Defence Day” as well as “Kashmir Solidarity Day”. All offices through out the country will be closed at 15:00 hrs to commemorate the Defence Day of Pakistan, to Observe Solidarity with the people of Kashmir and visit families of Martyrs (Shuhada) and monuments, as per press release issued by Ministry of Interior here today.
