PR No.40 Supreme Court summons Mr. Muhaamad Azam, Mr. Waqar Masood and Mr. Ishaq Dar to appear in person on 09th July, 2018 Islamabad: 6th July 2018

The Honourable Supreme Court has served notices to Mr. Muhammad Azam, the then Federal Secretary Information, Mr. Waqar Masood, the then Secretary of Finance and Mr. Ishaq Dar, the then Federal Minister for Finance on account of approving salary, perks and privileges of Mr. Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi in official capacity for appearance on 09th July, 2018. The order further directed that summons to Mr. Ishaq Dar be issued and affixed at his permanent residence in Lahore as he is reportedly gone abroad. The Supreme Court of Pakistan has passed this order on July 05th, 2018 in Case No 3654 of 2018 relating to appointment of Mr. Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi as Managing Director of Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV).
