PR No. 06 DFID ENGAGES OPM FOR QUALITY-BASED PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT OF BISP PROGRAMS Islamabad: May 2, 2018

Today a delegation from Department of International Development (DFID) and Oxford Policy Management (OPM) called on Secretary BISP Omar Hamid Khan. DFID has recently engaged OPM as third party contracted body to analyze the progress of mainly two components of BISP i.e Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) and Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT). Secretary BISP extended all sort of operations support to OPM, by welcoming their team at the field level. The independent review of UCT and CCT will enable BISP in delivering more efficient and transparent system of cash disbursement, he added. ***** ?
