In terms of rule 3(3) of the Rules of Business, 1973, the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has transferred the subject “transfer of Human Organ Transplant Authority from Capital Administration & Development Division to National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Division” with immediate effect. The Human Organ Transplant Authority will be shown in Schedule-II to the Rules of Business, 1973 under NHS, R&C Division, says a memorandum No. 7-2/2016-Min-I dated 13.10.2016 of Cabinet Division received here today.
