President Mamnoon Hussain has strongly condemned the bomb blast in Civil Hospital Quetta and expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the tragic incident. The President extended his condolences to the bereaved families of lawyers, journalists and people belonging to other walks of life who lost their lives in the bomb blast and prayed for salvation of the departed souls.

President Mamnoon Hussain directed the authorities concerned to provide best medical treatment to all injured in the incident. The President reiterated that terrorists through their nefarious designs can neither create hindrance in operation against terrorism nor deter the peoples’ resolve. The President said that terrorists will be dealt with iron hand wherever they are in the country.
