PR No. 57 ADVISER ASKS ‘DOCTORS WITHOUT FRONTIERS’ TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN IOK Islamabad

The Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs has written a letter to the International President of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) highlighting the state of medical emergency in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir that has developed as a result of atrocious Indian brutalities against unarmed and defenseless civilians.

The Adviser has requested Medicins Sans Frontiers to immediately provide medical assistance to thousands of injured in IOK. The Adviser particularly emphasized the urgent need of eye surgeons, as hundreds of people are suffering from severe eye injuries caused by the use of pellet guns on peaceful protestors.
