Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination observed “Black Day” against the Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir on Wednesday (July 20, 2016).

Raja Muhammad Nadir Ali, Secretary Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination along with all the officers and staff of Ministry wore black bands during working hours on July 20.

Special prayer was also said for the martyred Kashmiris and independence of Kashmir.
