PR No. 37 BAHRAIN GOVERNMENT DELEGATION TO VISIT PAKISTAN ON 12TH JULY: JAVED MALIK Islamabad

An official delegation from government of the Kingdom of Bahrain led by Sheikha Rana Bint Isa Al Khalifa head of Afro Asian region for the Ministry Foreign Affairs Bahrain, will visit Islamabad between 12-13th July to take part in the  Pakistan Bahrain Bilateral Consultations to be held at the Foreign Office Islamabad.  Speaking about the visit, Javed Malik, Ambassador of Pakistan to Bahrain said that the discussions will focus on expanding all areas of bilateral ties between both countries with a special emphasis on upgrading economic, trade and commerce relations. In addition to the formal consultations, the delegation will also call on the Special Assistant to PM, Tariq Fatemi and Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhary, Tasawar Khan,  Additional Foreign Secretary.

The delegation will also meet with Minister of Commerce and discuss the scope to expand our economic and trade relations and exchange views on the first Pakistan Bahrain Business Opportunities Conference due to take place later this year, the Ambassador said the delegation

Ambassador Javed Malik further added that, another important feature of the visit would be to finalize agreement on establishment of King Hamad University of Nursing which would be established in Islamabad as a gift from His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa. The delegation will also meet health ministry officials.
