Women can play a vital role in the fight against corruption, this was stated by Director General (DG) Awareness and Prevention, National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Mrs Aliya Rashid, while delivering a motivational lecture on Role of women in Prevention  of Corruption in the International Islamic University, today.

DG NAB Aliya Rashid highlighted the initiatives taken by NAB against the menace of corruption. She stated that corruption was the mother of all ills and demanded a national effort to curb this curse. NAB has been spreading the slogan “Say No to Corruption” which is refloated on postage stamp, utility bills, CNIC carrier papers, driving licenses and newspapers.

In fight against corruption, women need to play their active part said Aliya Rashid. She encouraged women to play their roles in fighting corruption in the role of daughters, wife mother &  sisters, she added.
