Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Customs joint check post at Aman Mela in D.I. Khan and martyrdom of officials of Customs and other LEAs.
The Finance Minister expressed deep sorrow over the loss of precious human lives in the terrorist incident and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of those martyred in the line of duty.
Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb paid tribute to the courage, dedication and sacrifice of the personnel who lost their lives while performing their duties.
“The national resolve against terrorism cannot be weakened by any cowardly act of terrorism,” the Finance Minister said.
He said that the sacrifices of security forces and law enforcement personnel for the peace and security of the country were invaluable.
“The entire nation stands united against terrorism, and efforts to ensure peace and security will continue,” Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb said.
