The Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) held its 16th Graduation Ceremony 2026 in Islamabad, where certificates and shields were distributed among the graduating students. Mr. Kashif Ahmad Noor, Military Accountant General and recipient of the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, was the Chief Guest.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Kamran Rashid Khan, Deputy Controller General of Accounts; Dr. Tafakhar Ali Asadi, Deputy Auditor General of Pakistan; Mr. JehanZeb Amin, Vice President ICAP and Board Member PIPFA; and Mr. Usman Ahsan, President PIPFA, along with members of the Islamabad Branch Committee, faculty members, graduates and their families.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran and Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (SAW), followed by welcome remarks by Mr. Zahid Farooq, Convener, Islamabad Branch Committee.
Mr. Usman Ahsan, President PIPFA, congratulated the graduates and emphasized that professional education must be accompanied by integrity, competence, and a strong sense of responsibility. He urged the graduates to pursue continuous learning and uphold high ethical standards throughout their professional careers.
Mr. JehanZeb Amin, Vice President ICAP and Board Member PIPFA, congratulated the graduates and said that graduation marks not the end of their professional journey but the beginning of a new phase. He emphasized continuous hard work, professional development, and integrity as the foundation of success.
Chief Guest Mr. Kashif Ahmad Noor, Military Accountant General and recipient of the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, congratulated the graduates and highlighted the important role of accounting, finance, and auditing in promoting transparency, financial discipline, and accountability in public institutions. He encouraged the graduates to utilize their professional capabilities for the service of the country and nation.
Mr. Iftikhar Ahmad, Senior Faculty Member PIPFA, presented the vote of thanks. The Chief Guest subsequently distributed certificates and shields among the graduates and congratulated them on their achievement.
The ceremony concluded with a luncheon, providing an opportunity for interaction, networking, and strengthening professional relationships among the participants.
