Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the Passport Office at Awami Markaz, Karachi, where he met citizens who had come to obtain passports and inquired about the overall process.
The Interior Minister asked citizens about the time taken from the issuance of the token to their turn for processing.
The citizens appreciated the passport issuance system and expressed satisfaction with the services. They said they had visited the office for passport renewal and that the entire process was completed within a few minutes.
The citizens further stated that they faced no difficulty in getting their passports processed and did not have to wait for long.
On the occasion, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the Passport Office at Awami Markaz would be expanded to provide greater convenience and better facilities to citizens.
