Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Khazar Farhadov, paid a farewell call on the Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, in Islamabad today.
The Minister appreciated Ambassador Farhadov's valuable contributions towards further strengthening the longstanding brotherly relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan during his tenure. He commended the Ambassador's efforts in promoting bilateral cooperation across various sectors and wished him continued success in his future assignments.
Ambassador Khazar Farhadov expressed his sincere gratitude for the warmth, hospitality and unwavering support extended to him by the Government and people of Pakistan throughout his diplomatic assignment. He said his tenure in Pakistan would always remain a cherished chapter of his career.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further enhancing the close and time-tested friendship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan and pledged to continue working together to expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest. They emphasized that the two brotherly countries have always stood by each other and will continue to strengthen their enduring partnership in the years ahead.
