Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani Strongly Condemns Blast in Quetta

Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has strongly condemned the blast near Chaman Phatak in Quetta and expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious human lives.

Expressing heartfelt condolences and sympathies with the bereaved families, the Chairman Senate stated that such cowardly acts of terrorism cannot weaken the resolve of the nation. He said that terrorists are attempting to undermine peace and stability in the country, but the entire nation remains united against terrorism.

Chairman Senate directed the concerned authorities to ensure the provision of the best possible medical treatment to the injured and take all necessary measures for their speedy recovery.

Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani reaffirmed that anti-state and anti-peace elements would never be allowed to succeed in their nefarious designs. He also paid tribute to the sacrifices of law enforcement agencies in the fight against terrorism and reiterated the nation's unwavering commitment to the complete eradication of terrorism.

The Chairman Senate prayed for the elevation of the ranks of those who lost their lives in the attack, strength and patience for the bereaved families, and the swift recovery of the injured.
