Lok Virsa Holds Seminar to Mark First Anniversary of “Maarka-e-Haq” Victory

Lok Virsa organized a special seminar on Thursday to commemorate the first anniversary of the victory of “Maarka-e-Haq,” highlighting national unity, the role of the armed forces, and the resilience of the Pakistani nation.

Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Aurangzeb Khan Khichi attended the event as the chief guest.

Addressing the seminar, Federal Minister Aurangzeb Khan Khichi said that Maarka-e-Haq restored Pakistan’s dignity and prestige at the international level and united the nation on one platform. He stated that hostile propaganda aimed at creating divisions between the armed forces and the youth had failed, while the nation stood firmly behind its armed forces.

The Minister said Pakistan emerged as a center of global attention during his recent official visit to Spain, where ambassadors from several countries were eager to engage with the Pakistani delegation. He added that the success of Maarka-e-Haq strengthened national solidarity and projected Pakistan as a responsible and dignified state committed to peace.

Earlier, Executive Director of ??? ???? Dr. Waqar Saleem welcomed the guests and expressed hope that the seminar would deliver an important message of unity and patriotism.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Qaiser said that Maarka-e-Haq transformed Pakistan’s standing in the world and demonstrated the country’s capability to overcome advanced hostile technology despite limited resources. He remarked that Pakistan had emerged as a peaceful country playing a constructive role for global peace.

Air Vice Marshal (R) Asad Ikram said that every major success is the result of years of preparation, dedication, and hard work. He highlighted the important contribution of Pakistani youth in the cyber domain, particularly students specializing in cyber security. He added that the coordinated efforts of all three armed forces made the achievement possible.

Former President of National Defence University Lieutenant General (R) Muhammad Raza said that Pakistan had become the focus of global attention after the success of Maarka-e-Haq. He noted that the nation displayed extraordinary unity during difficult times and stood together against external challenges. He also emphasized that the younger generation rejected hostile propaganda and strongly supported the armed forces.

Former Federal Minister Changez Jamali, Parliamentary Secretary for National Heritage and Culture Farah Naz Akbar, Member National Assembly Naima Kishwar and a large number of participants from different walks of life attended the seminar.

At the conclusion of the event, Federal Minister Aurangzeb Khan Khichi and Parliamentary Secretary Farah Naz Akbar distributed souvenirs among the guests.
