Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan Visits Turkish Embassy to Offer Condolences

Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, visited the Turkish Embassy today to express profound grief and offer condolences over the tragic school shooting incidents in the Turkish provinces of ?anl?urfa and Kahramanmara?, which resulted in the loss of several precious lives.

During his visit, Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan met with the Turkish Ambassador, Dr. ?rfan Neziro?lu. The Minister conveyed that the entire Pakistani nation stands in unwavering solidarity with their Turkish brothers in this hour of immense sorrow. He described the act of targeting innocent children as an extremely brutal and barbaric deed that defies humanity.

During the conversation, Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized that addressing psychological issues and implementing measures to prevent gun violence must be a collective priority. Both leaders reached a consensus that a strong and stable family system plays a vital role in preventing such tragic occurrences in society. The Minister further remarked that Turkey and Pakistan are like "one soul in two bodies," sharing each other’s joys and sorrows as inseparable partners. He offered special prayers for the deceased, requesting that Allah Almighty grant the bereaved families courage and patience, and wished for the swift and complete recovery of those injured in the incidents.

Ambassador Dr. ?rfan Neziro?lu expressed his sincere gratitude to Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan for his visit and the support shown by the people of Pakistan. The two leaders also discussed the current regional situation and the shared challenges facing both nations.
