The Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, has emphasized equal access to education irrespective of gender for national development. He addressed graduates at the convocation ceremony at Islamabad Model College for Girls (Postgraduate), G-10/4, as the Chief Guest.
