NAB Promotes Three Grade-20 Officers to Grade-21

Islamabad: March 04, 2026

Following the recommendations of the Selection Committee and approval of the Chairman NAB, three senior officers of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) have been promoted from Grade-20 to Grade-21 as Director General (DG).

The details of the promoted officers are as follows:

* Muhammad Amir Butt: Following his promotion from Grade-20 to Grade-21, he remains posted as Director General, NAB (Sukkur).

* Muhammad Tahir: Formerly Director NAB (Headquarters), he has been promoted to Grade-21 and posted as Director General at NAB (Headquarters).

* Ghulam Safdar Shah: DG (PACA) has been promoted from Grade-20 to Grade-21 and will continue his services as Director General, PACA.
