Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division Aurangzeb Khan Khichi on Sunday lauded the organisers of the upcoming Isloo International Fashion Tourism Festival 2026 at its logo unveiling ceremony, terming the initiative a significant step towards promoting Pakistan’s tourism and cultural industries.
Addressing ambassadors, distinguished guests and young participants at the ceremony held at SilkRoad Culture Centre, Sir Syed Hall, the minister said it was a great honour to attend the inspiring and impressive event. He appreciated the creativity behind the newly unveiled green logo, calling it a symbol of growth, vitality and innovation.
He said the main festival would serve as a testament to Pakistan’s tourism potential and highlighted the role of Royal Rovers in promoting fashion tourism in the country. The minister commended the organisation for providing a platform for youth empowerment and encouraging young talent to showcase their skills through creative and modern approaches to fashion.
The minister noted that fashion is a powerful medium for presenting Pakistan’s rich heritage to the world, particularly when traditional elements are blended with contemporary trends. He appreciated the organisers’ efforts in introducing emerging designers and artists, describing it as a challenging yet commendable responsibility undertaken by Royal Rovers. He also expressed satisfaction that the management is registered internationally in Azerbaijan under the name “M DOT,” reflecting its expanding global footprint.
Congratulating the organisers, the minister urged ambassadors to encourage the participation of their youth in the festival. He said such initiatives would not only promote fashion tourism globally but also foster cultural understanding and collaboration among young people from different countries.
He expressed hope that the festival would become a grand success and contribute positively to projecting a soft and vibrant image of Pakistan on the international stage.
Speaking on the occasion, the organisers said the Isloo International Fashion Tourism Festival 2026 aims to empower youth and skilled students of Pakistan by providing them with an international platform. They stated that the festival would showcase leading designers, models and cultural performances from around the world, while promoting local talent, cultural exchange and tourism through fashion.
