Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, today met delegations from various bar associations. Representatives from Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Pir Mahal, and Bhera attended the meetings.
During the interactions, matters relating to the welfare of lawyers, institutional strengthening of bar associations, and facilitation of the legal community were discussed. The Federal Law Minister briefed the delegations on government initiatives for the legal fraternity and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to addressing lawyers’ concerns on priority.
The visiting delegations appreciated the government’s continued engagement with the legal community and expressed confidence in the Ministry of Law and Justice’s efforts to strengthen bar institutions. Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar reiterated that lawyers are an integral pillar of the justice system and assured full cooperation and sustained support for the development and capacity building of bar associations.
