President Asif Ali Zardari extends best wishes for continued health and well-being of His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

Islamabad: January 16, 2026

President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his sincere best wishes and prayers for the health of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, following reports that His Majesty was admitted to King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh for medical examinations.

On behalf of the Government and the people of Pakistan, President Zardari extended heartfelt wishes for His Majesty’s swift and complete recovery.

He emphasised that the people of Pakistan hold His Majesty in the highest esteem, reflecting the deep-rooted and fraternal ties between the two nations.

"The people of Pakistan join me in praying for His Majesty’s continued health and vitality," the President stated. "We pray that Allah Almighty grants him strength and long life to continue leading the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia toward further progress and prosperity."
