Led by Senator Capt. Shaheen Khalid Butt, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) conducts an e-Kachahery with the objective of resolving public issues ensuring transparent governance. The online complaint redressal and communication session was organized here at PBM’s headquarters in the presence of PBM Officers.
During the session, Managing Director PBM listened to each grievance with patience and issued immediate directions to the concerned officials to ensure timely resolution, while highlighting accountability and efficient implementation of the PBM’s pro-poor services. People from almost every province of the country participated in the session to highlight their issues.
Speaking on the occasion, PBM’s Managing Director stated that e-Kachaheries play a vital role in bridging gaps between the administration and the public, especially by leveraging digital platforms to ensure inclusivity and transparency. Senator Capt. Shaheen Khalid Butt also highlighted PBM’s ongoing efforts to perpetuate federal government’s resolution of strengthening transparency and accountability, such as promotion of e-governance and digitalization in PBM, Electronic Biometric Verified Payments to the beneficiaries, Digitalized Beneficiary Management System and many others.
Expressing his commitment to public service, the Managing Director announced that similar e-Kachaheries would continue to be organized regularly to promote good governance and citizen engagement.
