Customs Enforcement, Peshawar, seizes 19 Non-Duty-Paid (NDP) Vehicles and Smuggled Goods Worth Rs.197 Million

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Peshawar, seized 19 non-duty-paid (NDP) vehicles and smuggled goods worth approximately PKR 197 million during a series of anti-smuggling operations carried out over the last ten days.

The seizures included 19 NDP vehicles such as Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Aqua, Toyota Vitz, Honda Vezel, Toyota Fielder, Honda Grace, Land Rover, and Jimny Jeep with a combined assessed value of around PKR 110 million, delivering a major setback to vehicle smuggling networks.

In addition, Customs Enforcement confiscated smuggled goods valued at approximately PKR 87.66 million, comprising silver bullion, fabrics, black tea, cigarettes, cigarette paper, medicines, and auto parts.

These operations were conducted as part of sustained enforcement measures to curb smuggling, protect national revenue, and ensure effective border control.

The FBR reaffirms its commitment to continuing strict action against smuggling and illicit trade.
