Chairman Senate, Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing of former Chief Minister of Punjab and senior leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo.
Paying rich tribute to the late leader’s political services, democratic struggle, and efforts for public welfare, the Chairman Senate said that Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo was a seasoned and visionary politician who played a significant role in promoting public service and strengthening constitutional values.
Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani extended his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family, relatives, and party workers. He prayed that Almighty Allah may grant the departed soul a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bestow patience and strength upon the grieving family to bear this irreparable loss.
