Provision of 0.7 million Chromebooks for students across the country, Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan

Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, addressed a ceremony in Islamabad, highlighting the government’s commitment to providing equal opportunities for the development of youth across the country. He stated that empowering young people is the top priority of the government.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan emphasized that overseas Pakistanis are keen to invest in Pakistan, which will not only boost economic activity but also create new opportunities for employment and skills development for the youth.

During his speech, the Chairman announced that the TIF Foundation Lahore is providing 0.7 million Chromebooks for students across the country. This initiative will greatly enhance the online learning ecosystem and enable students to benefit from modern digital tools.

He further stated that the distribution of Chromebooks will take place in phases, ensuring transparency throughout the process nationwide. He underscored that the Chromebook Programme holds significant importance in promoting digital education in Pakistan.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan also announced that students from Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will be included in the Chromebook Programme to ensure that young people across all regions have access to equal educational opportunities.
