Under Prime Minister’s directive, Pakistan National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) coordinated the dispatch of Alkhidmat Foundation's 100 tons of relief consignment through chartered flight. The relief consignment included flour, Rice, sweet corn, ready-to-eat meals, cooking oil and fruit cocktails. The consignment was dispatched from Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, to Gaza via Egypt. This marks Pakistan’s 22nd aid consignment, totaling 2127 tons for Gaza.
A send-off ceremony was held at the airport, attended by the Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, NDMA and Alkhidmat officials.
