Seminar & Book Exhibition on Seerat-un-Nabi (S.A.W) at National Library of Pakistan

The National Library of Pakistan (NLP) hosted a seminar titled: “Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) Rehti Duniya Tak Ilm-o-Hidayat ka Sarchashma” in connection with the 1500th Milad-un-Nabi (S.A.W).

The program began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and a soulful Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (S.A.W). Mr. Israr Ahmed, Director Technical NLP, warmly welcomed the honorable guests and participants. Distinguished speakers highlighted the Seerat-un-Nabi (S.A.W), reflecting on various aspects of the Prophet’s (S.A.W) life, teachings, and character.

The Chief Guest, Dr. Umar Riaz Abbasi renowned scholar, columnist, and anchor person delivered a comprehensive and inspiring keynote address on the eternal guidance and legacy of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W). At the conclusion, the Chief Guest distributed shields among the speakers, while the Director HRDC presented a shield of appreciation to the Chief Guest.

Alongside the seminar, a Book Exhibition (1st–8th September 2025) was also organized as part of the Ashra Rehmatul-lil-Alameen (S.A.W) Program, commemorating the 50th International Seerat Conference and the 1500th Anniversary of the Birth of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).

These activities reflect NLP’s commitment to promoting knowledge, reflection, and devotion to the Seerat-un-Nabi (S.A.W), serving as a source of inspiration for generations to come.
