August 5, 2019, marks a dark chapter in history when India unilaterally revoked the special constitutional status of Indian-occupied Jammu & Kashmir—an act that violated international laws and United Nations resolutions.
The Government of Pakistan reaffirms its full political, moral, and diplomatic support for the Kashmiri people’s just struggle for the right to self-determination. We call upon the international community to take serious notice of the atrocities in occupied Kashmir and to help ensure justice for the Kashmiri people.
We salute the resilience, sacrifices, and unwavering spirit of the people of Kashmir and pledge that Pakistan will continue to raise their voice on every platform.
