Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Syed Imran Ahmed Shah, has announced additional scholarships for female students, stating that “a Pakistan free from terrorism and unrest is the true essence of ‘Paigham-e-Pakistan’.” He emphasized that sincerity and collective effort are essential for the progress and prosperity of both Pakistan and Balochistan.

He expressed these views while addressing a seminar titled “Sustainable Environment for Women Entrepreneurs.”

The event was also attended by Minister of State for Education and Vocational Training, Ms. Wajiha Qamar, Speaker of Balochistan Assembly, Captain (R) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, Deputy Speaker of Balochistan Assembly, Ms. Ghazala Gola Provincial Minister for Education, Ms. Raheela Hameed Durrani, Secretary of Women Development Department, Ms. Saira Atta, CEO of Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), Mr. Nadir Gul Barech and other dignitaries.

Syed Imran Ahmed Shah reaffirmed his commitment, saying, I am willing to lay down my life for the development and prosperity of Balochistan and Pakistan. He added that under the directions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, he has brought forward the vision of the his Quaid A Prosperous Balochistan is a Developed Pakistan.

The Minister also announced scholarships for students of Balochistan University, Girls College Pishin, and Girls College Quetta.

He said, Paigham-e-Pakistan is a unified national narrative that we must all contribute to. A peaceful and terror-free Pakistan is Paigham-e-Pakistan. Educated youth, girls and boys, and the principle of provincial autonomy are all part of this message.

He remarked that Despite being a nuclear power, Pakistan’s strength lies in its unity and the discipline of its armed forces—army, navy, and air force—who have proven that Pakistan is a strong and resilient state. India’s attempts at regional dominance, particularly under Modi, will no longer prevail.

Quoting Imam Al-Ghazali, he said, A life without knowledge is no different from death; knowledge without sincerity is a loss. True benefit comes only with sincerity, and sincerity comes only from humility. He regretted that despite possessing knowledge, the nation has often lagged due to a lack of sincerity.

He concluded on an emotional note, stating that the people of Balochistan are very close to my heart.
