Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, has strongly condemned the recent acts of terrorism in Balochistan — the martyrdom of Major Syed Rabnawaz Tariq during an intelligence-based operation in Awaran, and the tragic attack on a passenger bus in Kalat that claimed innocent civilian lives.
The Minister expressed deep grief over the loss of life and termed both incidents as cowardly acts by Indian-sponsored terrorist groups operating under the guise of Fitna-Al-Hindustan. He stated:
“Major Syed Rabnawaz Tariq, a brave officer of Pakistan Army, embraced martyrdom while leading from the front in the fight against terrorism. His sacrifice is a testament to the unmatched courage and commitment of our armed forces. The nation will forever remain indebted to him.”
Condemning the attack on the passenger bus in Kalat, he added:
“The brutal targeting of innocent civilians, including women and children, reflects the desperation and inhumanity of these terrorists. Such acts will never break our resolve. We stand with the families of the martyrs and with those injured in this heinous attack.”
Jam Kamal Khan reaffirmed full support for Pakistan’s security forces and appreciated their swift response in both incidents. He emphasized the importance of continued national unity in the face of external threats and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to eliminating terrorism from every corner of the country.
“These attacks are not just on individuals — they are attacks on Pakistan’s peace and progress. The state will respond with full force, and we will defeat these enemies of humanity together.”
He also extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.
