Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi lauded President Trump’s exceptional leadership and sincere efforts in achieving a ceasefire between Iran and Israel. He said that after ensuring a ceasefire between Pakistan and India, US President Donald Trump’s impressive role in the Iran-Israel ceasefire will always be remembered. He hoped that US President Donald Trump will also bring about a ceasefire in Gaza. He reiterated that Pakistan has consistently advocated for resolving disputes including Kashmir through dialogue and welcomes every step toward peace.
Acting US Ambassador Natalie Baker praised Pakistan's diplomatic efforts for peace in the region and said that Pakistan is our important friend and we attach special importance to relations with Pakistan.
