Pakistan Holds Ample Petroleum Reserves, Supply Uninterrupted, State Minister Bilal Azhar Kayani

State Minister for Railway & Finance, Mr. Bilal Azhar Kayani, has categorically denied rumors regarding a shortage of petroleum products in Pakistan, affirming that the country maintains ample reserves and an uninterrupted supply chain. The Minister emphasized that the government is closely monitoring developments following the Iran-Israel tensions to ensure stability.

Minister Kayani stated that the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has directed all oil marketing companies to strictly maintain mandatory reserve levels in light of current global conditions, mitigating potential risks. He reassured citizens that there is no cause for concern, as petroleum product inventories are sufficient and supply operations continue smoothly across the nation.

The Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Petroleum, and Ministry of Finance are continuously monitoring the petroleum situation. We are fully prepared to address any uncertainties," Kayani added. The Minister urged the public to disregard baseless rumors and rely solely on official statements issued by government spokespersons.

State minister ensured that the government remains committed to ensuring energy security and stability for all citizens.
