The Pakistan Air Force’s victory against India is the greatest triumph in history, and the international community has acknowledged that the PAF is currently the best air force in the world. History will record that Pakistan defeated India on every front. These views were expressed by Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry today while addressing a celebratory gathering at the Pakistan Muslim League (N) Central Secretariat in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, marking Pakistan’s glorious victory against India.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Standing Committee on Interior Raja Khurram Nawaz, MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan, local leadership, and a large number of patriotic Pakistanis.
Patriotic citizens waved the national flag alongside the federal minister and chanted slogans of "Pakistan Zindabad" to express their love for the country.
Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry paid tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces and the strategic leadership of the Prime Minister. Congratulating the nation on the Day of Thanksgiving, he stated that Pakistan’s leadership had decisively countered the enemy with timely actions. He emphasized that the Pakistan Armed Forces had made the nation proud.
The Federal Minister declared that the Pakistan Air Force’s victory is the greatest in history, with the global community recognizing the PAF as the world’s finest air force. He asserted that history would document Pakistan’s comprehensive defeat of India on all fronts.
He stressed that Pakistan is a peace-loving nation but possesses the full capability to retaliate if its sovereignty is threatened. He credited the nation’s leadership for standing firm against Indian aggression when it was most needed.
Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry also praised Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and all political leaders whose guidance led Pakistan to victory. He stated that Operation Bunyan Marsous has become a symbol of national unity and defensive strength.
He extended special salutations to Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Air Staff Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, and Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf. He highlighted that the unwavering resolve of Pakistan’s military leadership shattered the enemy’s aggression.
The Federal Minister reiterated that Pakistan is an independent and sovereign nation that will never tolerate any attack on its freedom, dignity, or territorial integrity. He acknowledged the historic role played by the leadership, the people, and the media on their respective fronts.
Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry paid homage to the mothers who sacrificed their sons for the nation, a spirit that remains alive today. He affirmed that Pakistan has demonstrated to the world that peace is its desire, not a weakness.
He concluded by saying, "Alhamdulillah, Pakistan has emerged victorious, made possible by Allah’s grace and the unity of the people. This is our true strength."
