Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYP), Rana Mashood Ahmed Khan, held a meeting with Pakistan Wheelchair Cricket team players, along with several players from the council. The discussion centered around the development and promotion of wheelchair cricket in the country. Rana Mashood acknowledged the remarkable achievements of the Pakistan Wheelchair Cricket Team, stating that the team has brought significant recognition to the country in the field of cricket. He further expressed that all members of the Wheelchair Cricket Team are national heroes who inspire the nation. Rana Mashood also emphasized the government’s ongoing efforts to provide more opportunities for the youth in the field of sports, stating that more initiatives are being introduced to support young athletes. In addition, he announced that the Cricket Talent Hunt trials will be starting soon all across Pakistan and encouraged young players to register for the trials through the Digital Youth Hub.
