Federal Minister Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry Visits Ramadan Bazaar in Islamabad
Islamabad: March 16, 2025

Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, visited the H-9 Ramadan Bazaar to review arrangements and ensure the implementation of the government’s relief package. Accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Irfan Memon, the minister inspected the quality of fruits and vegetables, interacted with customers for feedback, and emphasized adherence to official price lists. During the visit, DC Islamabad briefed the minister on the establishment of 6 Ramadan bazaars and 20 fair-price shops across the city, offering subsidized rates on 15 essential items. The Federal minister praised the efforts and stressed on the need for strict compliance with fair pricing to provide maximum relief to citizens during holy month of Ramadan.
