Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited D-Chowk to Khyber Plaza. Interior Minister met with the personnel of law enforcement agencies on duty at D-Chowk and praised their bravery. The Interior Minister paid tribute to Rangers, Islamabad Police, Punjab Police, Sindh Police, FC, and Pakistan Army for clearing D-Chowk and Islamabad areas from miscreants. He reviewed the areas cleared from miscreants and ordered the immediate cleaning of the streets. Mohsin Naqvi directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to take immediate action for the cleanup. He also reviewed the damage caused to buildings and other installations due to the attacks by miscreants. He also ordered the removal of obstacles from the streets. While talking to the media, Interior Minister said, "We thank Allah Almighty that the conspiracy of chaos has been completely foiled. The officers and personnel of Rangers have bravely pushed back the protesters." He further said, "I congratulate Pakistan Army, FC, Islamabad Police, Punjab Police, and Sindh Police for their courageous role. Today is the victory of peaceful Pakistan and Pakistanis."
