In his message on the birth anniversary of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said that Allama Iqbal presented the concept of a separate homeland for Muslims in the Indian subcontinent, while Quaid-e-Azam materialized this dream into reality. Interior Minister said that Allama Iqbal through his poetry awakened the spirit of unity, self-awareness, and solidarity among Muslims. He emphasized that Iqbal's philosophy teaches us to shape our own destiny and that success lies within. He stressed that as per Iqbal's philosophy, we must collectively confront all the challenges. He noted that Allama Iqbal is considered as reformer and leader for the youth. Interior Minister underscored that to make Pakistan a prosperous nation, there is a need to follow the Iqbal's philosophy of "Khudi". He added that there has never been a greater need to understand Allama Iqbal's philosophy than today. He urged that the time has come for us to unite, put aside our differences, and work with determination for the development of the country. He concluded that today we must reaffirm our commitment to Iqbal's ideals as our guiding principle.
