Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi has congratulated Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and the nation on the successful Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. He appreciated the exemplary role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad Police, and all relevant institutions in making the event a success. He also paid tribute to the Pakistan Army, Islamabad Police, Rangers, and FC for their foolproof arrangements. The Interior Minister specifically praised the Chairman CDA and IG Islamabad Police for their outstanding efforts. He highlighted that the credit for excellent arrangements and landscaping in Islamabad goes to CDA. Hde stated that The entire team worked tirelessly and delivered remarkable results. The Interior Minister said that the SCO summit has improved Pakistan's image globally, adding that hosting such a major international conference after a long time reflects the government's successful foreign policy. He emphasized that it will further enhance Pakistan's economic, political, and diplomatic relations with participating countries strengthen, leading to increased trade and investment opportunities. Interior Minister emphasized that the successful hosting of the SCO summit was made possible through remarkable inter-ministerial and institutional cooperation. He stated that all the personnels who were on duty through out the day and night deserve special appreciation. He underscored that Pakistan will reap the benefits of this summit in the coming days.
