FEDERAL MINISTER MARITIME AFFAIRS QAISER AHMED SHAIKH VISITED NAVAL CEMETERY KARACHI TO PAY TRIBUTE TO MARTYRS OF PAKISTAN

Federal Minister Maritime Affairs Mr. Qaiser Ahmed Shaikh, accompanied by Chairman KPT Syed Syedain Raza Zaidi, Rear Admiral Habib and other Naval officers visited Naval Cemetery Karachi to pay tribute to Martyrs of Pakistan. During the visit, the Minister laid a floral wreath at the gravesites, commemorating the sacrifices made on September 6, 1965. The Minister emphasized the historical significance of the day, highlighting the courage and resilience of the armed forces during the 1965 conflict, which was crucial in defending Pakistan’s sovereignty. He also stated that the Pakistani nation always stands with its martyrs. The ceremony featured a moment of reflection, underscoring the enduring impact of the soldiers' sacrifices.
