NDMA Facilitated Carriage Home of Pak National Zaireens Perished in Iran
Islamabad: August 24, 2024

As per Prime Minister's directives, NDMA coordinated with Pakistan Air Force and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate repatriation of injured and deceased Pakistani Zaireens from Iran via special C-130 aircraft flight. The plane landed in Jacobabad at midnight 23/24 August 2024. District Administration arranged transportation of coffins to the respective home towns. The aircraft carried 28 coffins, 16 injured individuals and 3 accompanying staff members of MoFA. NDMA expresses solidarity with the bereaved families and remains committed to responding to any emergency situation.
