Spokesperson Ministry of health said A suspected case of monkeypox was reported at PIMS Hospital and the sample was sent to the National Institute of Health. The test result of the suspected case has come out negative. According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, the 47-year-old suspected person is a resident of Azad Kashmir. So far, only one case of monkeypox has been reported in Pakistan, according to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health is continuously monitoring the situation. Effective measures are being taken to protect the public from monkeypox, according to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health.
