Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the residence of martyred DSP Ali Raza in Karimabad. He met with the family of the martyred officer and offered his condolences. He praised the bravery of the late officer. Interior Minister announced that DSP Ali Raza would be awarded the Hilal-e-Shujaat and Quaid-e-Azam Police Medal for his valor. Interior Minister said that DSP Ali Raza was an extremely brave police officer who had rendered immense services to the nation. He added that the country takes pride in having courageous police officers like him. He stated that after the martyrdom of SSP Chaudhry Aslam, DSP Ali Raza had played a key role in dismantling terrorist networks in Karachi. He said that we believe martyrs are alive, and DSP Ali Raza will always be live in our hearts. Interior Minister offered fateha and prayed for the elevation of the martyr's ranks. He also prayed for the patience and solace of the bereaved family. Additional IG Police Yaqoob Nasir, DIG CTD Asif Ijaz Sheikh, SSP Central, and other CTD officers were also present on the occasion.
