PM Approves Key Educational Initiatives
Islamabad: May 30, 2024

Today, the Honorable Minister of Federal Education, along with esteemed members of his party, met with the Prime Minister to discuss critical advancements in the education sector. The ministry is pleased to announce that the Prime Minister has given in-principle approval to several transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing educational opportunities in Sindh.
The approved initiatives are as follows:
Establishment of New University Campuses:
A campus of the National Textile University will be established in Karachi.
A campus of the National Skills University will be established in Karachi.
A campus of the Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design will be established in Karachi.
A campus of the Federal Urdu University will be established in Mirpur Khas.
New Danish School in Karachi:
A new Danish School will be opened in Karachi to provide high-quality education to underprivileged students, ensuring equal learning opportunities for all.
BISP Funding for School Meals Program in Sindh:
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) will fund a school meals program in Sindh, aiming to improve student nutrition and attendance. These initiatives reflect our commitment to improving the education infrastructure and providing quality education to every child in Pakistan. We believe these steps will play a crucial role in fostering educational excellence and skill development across the nation. The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training extends its gratitude to the Prime Minister for his support and vision.
