The first-ever four days Professional Development Course for officers of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan was launched at the Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, says the press releases issued on Tuesday. Areas of Training and distinguished Speakers/ Resource persons:- 1. Scope of Company Law and Role of SECP- Jurisprudential Discourse with Hon’ble Mr. Jawad Hassan, Judge, Lahore High Court 2. Powers to Inspect and Investigate- Jurisprudential Discourse with Hon’ble Mr. Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed, Judge, High Court of Sindh 3. Jurisprudential Discourse with Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, Judge, Islamabad High Court.
